PN51E550D1F lines and picture jumping at 1080p

I have the PN51E550D1F I thought is was the power cable.
It has been replaced still does it.

The lines appear and screen jumps only at 1080p with anything that plays 1080p.
My xbox, Lg blue-ray and my Sony home sound dvd system and driect tv and directv cinema (1080p)
The picture jumping and lines appear at just the menu screens on all these devices and while using them, playing a game, or watching a movie.
Tried new cables, factory reset and new firmware.
But I have narrowed it down to netowrk traffic going to the tv, or in the tv itself.
My PN51E550D1F is a smart tv and i have the internet connected.
If I kill the erthernet connection (removing the cable) and kill the wireless connection the lines and jumping stops.

Erthernet cable disconnected, wireless on = lines and jumping
Erthernet cable connected and wireless off = lines and jumping
Erhternet cable disconnected, wireless off = no lines and no jumping and tv picture is perfect.

I update the firmware online through the tv
Last ver 001023
I did notice this started around firmware 001017 or so.
Can Samsung just reproduce the issue, trying the internet connection ?

Any resolution under 1080p, 1080i, and down with internet connected is fine.
Just when internet is connected at 1080p the lines and jumping appear.

the lines are like this

The Look like white horizontal thin lines scratch lines.
They flciker when there is network traffic going to the tv.
When there is no netowrk traffic there is no lines or picture jumping.
this page on troubleshooting is where i started.

just checked does it with all connections removed and composite red, green, blue cable.
I also moved the power cord and hdmi cables apart to make sure nothing was being transfered into the hdmi cable, ethernet cable,like emi / rfi interference.
Power cable and ethernet cable has toroid choke coils installed as directed in the manual.
All of my hdmi cables are high speed with ethernet.

Just hard to see but that is it. Had to watch it a few times.
The Sep.t or Oc.t firmware is the one that where the issues started.

My tv is doing the same thing, to every detail of what you said. I am having a tech support company come out tomorrow for this issue but now im wondering if they are even going to be able to help, they ordered me a new pannel for a different reason (a pixel out) but i called with them to come out to fix this same issue, noticed the pixel druing my cutsomer service call. but since you are having the same problem i am starting to woder if it is software related. or somehting else.... sucks

Found the issue that is causing the picture jumping.
If you disable SyncPlus app in smart hub the tv is perfect.
Enable it, lines and picture jumping.
So it is an issue with SyncPlus.
I have it disabled and the tv has been perfect and internet connected (ethernet cable).

Firmware ver 1023.2
Smart Hub ver 4.5101-5.0
Smart Hub updated 11-14-2012.
