can anyone help got samsung ue55es6560 smart tv connected to wire less bt hub says connected in settings to hub but when i try to use apps smart hub samsung apps or anything to do with the internet just says updating or connecting or installing tried for nearly aweek left tv on all day still no different can anyone help thanks
