Samsung SyncMaster 2433BW, VGA enabled?

I am looking to play on my xbox360 through my pc monitor, and the one thing that keeps coming up when I look for the adapter cables is that it must be VGA enabled.
I looked on the description and it said that the 2433BW had a VGA port ( http://computermonitors.productwiki.com/samsung-syncmaster-2433bw/ ) however I want to make sure there's no difference between VGA enabled and having VGA connection points

I'm sorry but you seem to either be new to VGA connections or slicing the words too finely. There are a new group of consumers that read tab a goes to slot a but then need full dialog over the operation of tabs and slots.

And given how folks litigate today no one can write "it will work" but "it should work."
