Samsung T220

I just bought a Samsung T220 22" monitor(used) and I cannot seem to get the menu button to work. I read somewhere that if it's locked you must hold down the menu button for 5 seconds or more and I tried that and tried way over that time and it still doesn't work. Is there something I am missing? Thanks

Well I found out that the button does work but I have to press hard and it will do what other buttons do sometimes. How much am I looking at here to get the buttons fixed?

Hi TranceMuzic,

I'd like to be able to give you an estimate on how much the service might cost, but unfortunately, I can't: Samsung merely recommends the nearest Authorized Service Center. We don't actually own them. So their rates are dependent on what they want to do.
