Hello,
I've recently discovered problems with my Samsung Laptop. Here are the system properties to give you a better understanding:
Processor: Intel Core i3 CPU M 330 @2.13Ghz 2.13
RAM: 4.00GB
System Type: 64bit
The problem is; for some reason it had been freezing and turning off simultaneously. It never happened before, but when I'm using it, it starts to freeze and then turns off. I tried many things to fix that problem; restoring complete data, giving it anti virus scans, deleting unused programs. I ran out of ideas, can you please help me?

1. Malware, OS damage or such. Very tough on users it seems as the only sure fire way to fix this remotely is often to reload the machine back to the factory image.
2. Maintenance. That is, the usual canned air cleaning and talking to the owner about how you can't use it on a bed or other soft surfaces.

I've reloaded the machine back to the factory condition. I am using my laptop on the table and not on the soft surface.
Then the other usual.

Some USB thing is plugged in and we test without.
Keep in mind no model noted, age so we have to use what folk tell and see how that goes.

Very sorry to hear about this. Could you give me any details on when it stops working? Is it after a certain behavior, or does it happen on a regular interval?

Well, the laptop stopped working properly a week ago or so. It started simultaneously, I never had this problem before and I'm quite shocked.

Well it I use for about 30mins and then it turns off.

Hi Folms,
So it's approximately timed based, and it's not linked to any program that you know of? If that's true, it sounds like it may be overheating. So if you can use some program to monitor the temperature, that could be useful. Post the results if you do so.
