Snag with Samsung AllShare Play

I just bought a new Samsung TV (PN51E550) and Blu Ray player (BD-E5900) and I'm running into a little glitch using AllShare Play to play music stored a on a Western Digital NAS drive (DLNA) that runs TwonkyServer.

The problem is that when I go to play a music album, the tracks on the album are ordered alphabetically by song title, rather than ordered by track number or even alphabetically by file name. This is quite annoying.

The MediaPlayer function on my older Samsung TV (PN63C590) and BluRay (BD-C6500) both correctly display album tracks sorted by track number, so presumably this is either a bug or an incorrect setting in the newer AllShare Play app.

Has anyone else run into this? Does anyone have any suggestions?

But to get them to move faster, find the feature in the documentation. If you find that, you have a small stick to prod them to fix it.

Report the issue to who?

Who am I supposed to report the issue to? I did try and get help through an on-line chat at Samsung.com. The Samsung agent's suggestion was to perform factory resets on the devices. Given that the issue is occurring on multiple devices (two new TVs and two new Blu Rays), while continuing to work on an older Samsung TV and older Samsung Blu Ray, this didn't seem very helpful.

I head to samsung.com here and find a phone number in one click (1800SAMSUNG)

As a consumer you vote by calling it in as well as the veto by returning products that don't work for you.

Keep in mind that unless the feature is in some product specification, it may not have that feature.

I too have this problem on BD-e5900 and PN51E550). Samsung told me it is because it song titles do not have the track number.

Or you could say the blu-ray player is not really reading the library info or the tag info.

Samsung's answer is ridiculous. Every other device in my house is at least 2 years old and displays tracks in the original album order. The other poster is right I will vote with my return of this item if I can't overcome the sorting.
