Remotes not working with UE40ES8000

I am having a very strange problem with my 1 month old tv. I think it started after a firmware upgrade, but I am not certain. My button emote (accessibility) does not work at all. My other remote (with a touch pad) kind of works, but the power button does not. Similarly, the power button on the BT keyboard remote does not work. That's gotta be some kind of setting, but I cant find any relevant info in the manual, which is sub-par in my opinion. Any ideas?

Hi anatolych,

Thanks for your message. But just so you know, if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So while I can't help you directly, if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung UK portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE40ES8000UXXU

But we got a nice little community here that includes people from everywhere in the world, and they might have a few other suggestions to help you out.
