Samsung led smart tv "error_model_bind"

So, I just bought the new samsung smart tv a few months ago and everything was working fine I was very happy with it. But, then my internet was turned off for about.. a month. When I got it back on problems with the tv occurred. My connection works with my computer and my dad's tv in the living room (he has the same one just got it a week ago). but everytime i try to connect mine it wont work. It initially connects but then when i choose an app it takes me back to the network settings and an "error_model_bind" message pops up. I called my internet provider they were no help and I called samsung and they only had me do what I already tried still no help... anyone have any advice? :/
