error_model_bind Samsung Smart Tv 5300 40'

I bought this TV yesterday and it was working perfectly fine, everything was alright. I was able to watch a movie on netflix but today when I try to open an app or internet browser in the Smart Hub it says "error_model_bind" .
I followed all the steps from factory reset of the TV to turning off my modem/router/TV for 10 minutes but still cannot resolve this. Can someone please help me on this?

I am using the same Network with my laptop and my iphone and its working perfectly fine on both the devices. Even when I go to network setting on the TV and connect it to the internet connection, it gets connected but only when I go to smart hub and try to access anything in there, it says 'error_model_bind'.

New model 8000 series same thing all other devices on the network are ok.
I have tried reset several times.
Also unable to use allshare. Don't know if it is related
Very frustrating!!!!

I have the same problem on my new Samsung UE40EH5300K. The connection works for my computer, laptop and iPad, I've tested the port and the cable both fine. The TV also says it's connected on Network Settings. Apps, Smart Hub and Internet browser get the error_model_bind message. Currently running T-MST10PDEUC-1023.2

Again like others I have resest, turned modem off etc.

Help greatly appreciated.

Error is due to scheduled down time

Smart Hub / Internet@TV Scheduled Server Maintenance
7/18/2012 - 7/19/2012

The server will be down for scheduled maintenance to improve functionality in preperation for the 2012 Olympic Games. During this time the Smart Hub / Internet@TV feature will be un-accessible. Users will receive a notification before maintenance begins, but while the server is down they may not receive the message, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Maintenance Time (7/19)
Eastern (EST) 12 AM - 6 AM
Central (CST) 11 PM - 5 AM
Mountain (MST) 10 PM - 4 AM
Pacific (PST) 9 PM - 3 AM"

Guys I managed to fix the error_model_bind by manually setting the time and date.

It's noted in the Cnet Networking Forum but it's a shame the error message is so cryptic. Too bad they didn't spew "The date and time are incorrect."
