Hello, I just got this monitor from my cousin and I'm having problems with getting it to work. For some strange reason, the monitor, after a moment of displaying my desktop, becomes blank. This occurs on all of the inputs, which includes the VGA, HDMI and DVI. It doesn't seem to be a power issue, as the unit is still on (power light) and I can shuffle between inputs using the touch buttons. However, if I power it on and off or shuffle from HDMI > Analog > DVI > HDMI again, it will do the same thing (display desktop, blank out). I also confirm it's not the back light, as I can still see the input message on the top left and shining a light to the display remains blank.
My question is, how do I keep the display from blanking out? I believe this might be an issue with the controller board, but I'm open to suggestions on how to fix this. I'm also looking into replacing the controller itself (I confirm there is no dead caps and the PSU inside the monitor looks fine), however I found it difficult to find a replacement avalible (model number BN41-01136B).
