Samsung 3D TV 3D depth problem

My Samsung 3D TV is starting to have problems dealing with 3D pictures. The depth is always not right. Also there is some rippling effects which made the foreground objects too far but background objects too close. I bought it less than 3 months ago but these problems have been going on for a month now. What can I do?

Make the call and get that all important transaction number so you have a stake in the sand when the problem started.

active 3D

It might just be another issue of an active 3D lol. Why did you buy a Samsung as your 3D TV? Samsung uses active 3D and as far as I know, active 3D is just wack straight up. But just in case it's just a defect, you should call their customer support and see what's good.

Does your TV have a depth control adjustment? The LG TV that I got (LM6700) has this feature that controls the depth. I'm pretty sure Samsung has it. Toshiba 3D TV even has it.

It's UN46ES8000. I've called in and have people come over. The weird thing was my TV was totally normal at the moment but at night the same problem showed up again.
I am more than frustrated now. Lucky I have a bigger one in my living room. I don't wanna touch this one anymore. I feel like it's haunted.

Is it an issue with all the active 3D TVs? I have read an article about LG's 84" 3D TV in which we can control the 3D depth accordingly.
