BDP 1600 Netflix Instant Watch Problem

Starting about a week ago I have been getting an error message in the middle of watching an Netflix Instant Watch video that says something like "sorry this video is not available for instant watch." Once I get the message the player totally freezes and I have to turn off the player and then turn it back on. I have the latest software for the player and never had this problem until about a week ago. Needless to say I find it strange since I am in the middle of watching an instant watch video when this happens and I have had it happen two or three times during a single movie. I am not sure if this is a blu-ray player problem or a problem at Netflix. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks for any help.
