Cannot buy apps for TV

I have a UN55ES7500 and I cannot buy apps. I created an account and added a credit card. I can do anything on the TV on-line except purchase apps. At the final step in the purchase, I get a Network Interference, Error Code 002. I created another account and tried again to no avail. The same thing happened Samsung support has not been able to help at this point.
