Galaxy tab turns off when on charge?

My new(less than a month old) Galaxy tab turns off after a couple of hours on charge. I have to reboot it to get it back, any ideas as to why this happens?

Other forums seem to note it might do that.

There are bugs in Android that Samsung inherits and has no fix for. This may upset some but it's like any Windows laptop maker that gets the calls when you find a bug in Windows.

Call it in. It could be a defect and you don't want to wait and fall outside a warranty or return period and be upset they won't fix it.

I'll do that this weekend. I've turned power saver off as a test, I'll leave it plugged in tonight and see what happens.

If your tab is under warranty,then you can change your battery.This is only solution.
