SAMSUNG BYLINE CELLPHONE PASSCODE HELP

I have an old Samsung byline cell phone which I dont use any longer but I need to retrieve photos from the phone. I went to wal mart and tried to do it via bluetooth. It found the walmart device and when I tried to pair with the device the phone asked for a passcode. I had checked with the phone provider metro pcs and they told me to use fours zeros (0000) but this did not work....any help would be apreciated. thanks
