Samsung Apps doesn`t work @ Smart TV UE46ES6530S

Hi!

I`ve purchased UE46ES6530S this week. Everything works fine ,all pre-instaled apps are functioal. Problem is , that after clicking "Samsung Apps" button , black screen apears and nothing more. I`ve already updated firmware to v. 001021

Any suggestions ?

Hi, does the Netflix App work OK? Because for me on the 5 series it doesn't whilst everything else does.

With the problem you've got, I'd return it to the retailer and swap it for another set.

We just bought the UN60ES7500 and have the exact same problem. Spent over 2 hours with tech support online and they couldn't fix it. They took down all our information and said they'd send it to their engineers. They have no plans to contact us or fix our problem directly. Let me know what things you've tried and if you find a solution...I'll do the same if we find a solution. Thanks!

Which tech support?

We have Samsung and Netflix. But that's only part of what I can offer.

It appears a few sets offer or show Netflix when it shouldn't. Netflix support seems to know this issue so ask them.
