i have a bd-c5500. by mystake a click on the reset of the internet@tv and now i enter and get a message :

Conect to the internet and enjoy variety of contents though Internet@ tv
This feature may not be avaliable in some countries

I only can click the +Internet button, the samsung apps and the Settings are disabled. no apps on my applications only on the recomended.

how can i fix this?

remove any disc from your player, turn off the player and press and hold the power button on your player for 30 seconds it will automatically configure player network settings.

Factory Reset?

I did the reset, then set all the network test is ok. I enter to the Internet@tv said starting, then downloading, then starting, then I get the same message. I wait until the blueray go to the main menu.

Doesnt work.
