my samsung projection tv

I received a TV from a neighbor I hook it up to cable the TV came on but then the picture left and there was a black line at the bottom of the TV and you could hear the TV. when I unhook the TV from cable then re-hook the tv back up to the TV the picture come back on I may have to do this several time but I may not have to do this again for a couple of hour'

Rear Projection Problems

Hello Samsung_HD_Tech,

I am having a problem with my Samsung 50" DLP TV as well. I have a growing number of white pixels that seem to have burned in to the screen. my MN is HLT5075SX/XAA SN is AHDY3CKP904033Z Version PD01. Bought it at a Best Buy store around 4 years ago. How can I go about getting this fixed? i have heard that this may have been a known issue to Samsung.
