Samsung HP-S4253 Distorted sound all inputs/chnls

My family owns S4253 Plasma, for last several months every video input/digital cable channels have terrible distorted sound on all volume levels. I'm leaning towards hardware problem but hopefully just speakers. is this something common on these models? any help or insight would be appreciate it.

VooDooSkyline,

I'm sorry to say that if the rattling, buzzing, humming, or popping continues after changing the source, then the problem is caused by the TV, and the TV must be repaired, if you want to continue using its speakers. Now if you want to a work around from that, try connecting up some external speakers and see what happens.
