Pandora Button on BD-EM57C Remote

I recently purchased a BD-EM57C from Costco. After setting it up and updating the firmware, I downloaded the Pandora app from Smarthub, registered my account, and it worked great. However, when I tried to launch Pandora using the button specifically designated for that purpose, it said that the app was not installed. I chatted with Samsung online support and was told that issue would be "upgraded" to a Tier 2 issue and I would be contacted in 48 hours. The 48 hours came and I never heard from Samsung so I exchanged it for a new BD-EM57C.
This one is also doing the very same thing. This is very frustrating since I actually purchased this model for its ease of use for my children to turn on Netflix through a designated Netflix button and Pandora for the same reason.
I called Samsung customer service three times and each time I was mysteriously disconnected when I explained to them what was going on with the Bluray Player.
The fact that this has happened with TWO SEPARATE players of the same model is making me think that maybe this is a dud or there is a new firmware needed.
Please help! I really like this model but it looks liek this one is destined to go back and I will exchange for a new brand - with or without a designated Pandora button on the remote.
