Pandora issues

Since the most recent Samsung update I've been unable to run Pandora as an installed app. I get a constant "connecting" message. I've made sure I have the latest Samsung update and have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times, but the problem pesists. However, I've found an bizarre work-around. If I do not delete the app and attempt to download Pandora again, the app gives me a "Run" option. If I select that Pandora WILL then connect and work fine. Unfortunately I have to go through this same convoluted path every time I want to start it up.

I tried other streaming audio apps that I have installed and they seem to be having the same connection issue. I did not try the same "fix" for those.

Both my UN65D8000XFXZA and my UN46D6400UFXZA have this problem although most of my troubleshooting has been done on the 65.

Very sorry to hear about your continuing problem, and pardon my delay in responding to you. But I understand our servers have been having issues, and further I understand the issue should be fixed shortly. For most users, the hard reset and power cycling is fixing the issue temporarily, and I understand that the reset will be the permanent fix. The link you provided is for a DVD player not the TV. I'm hoping I won't have to end up doing a hard reset as I've done some pretty significant calibrating. It would not be fun re-entering all that.

So long as a "fix" is in the works, I can live with the work-around until the next update. Thanks for your help.

Update to Pandora issue...

The good news: a follow-up software update fixed the original problem. Thanks guys.
The bad news: yesterday (6/25/2012) my TV automatically downloaded and installed another new update. Sadly, once again Pandora has taken it badly. Although I can still listen and the Pandora screen displays in the background, I now get a display of an overlaying display of a large black 6 x 9 button control panel with chiclet keys (most of which are blank). I have no control of Pandora or seem to be able to effect any change to the control panel.
