Try 1800SAMSUNG if in the USA and the numbers in your country if not.

But it is an interesting question as we see this came out about 4 years ago. Today I'm finding companies with very short memory spans. That is, let's see what happens next.

that is who i called this morning and was told that they are not compatable - that "the RF signal from the TV to the mount is reversed" ?????? not sure what that means, but seems like there should be a way for it to work...... it looks like the new LED is just missing the software(?) to control the movement of the mount. the remote is similar enough to the old remote, and both tvs have the ex-link connector on them. is there a way to "import" the software into the new TV????

Sorry but there's no such thing in there. It seems they didn't explain it well. I'm just an embedded software person and more. For me I would have guessed it would be only for certain models and if you have been watching the industry they tend to forgot stuff fast.
