LE40 R73 Lost Digital Tuner

Hi there,my daughter has one of these and the other day we lifted off its stand and laid it flat to work at the stand. When we put it back on the table we could not access the digital tuner. What could we have done to it?

Thanks guys for your relies. I tried the UK Samsung site,useless compared to yours. Left the set into a local TV repair guy who wanted to start swapping boards (he is what we in the old days called a "valve" or in your country "tube" jockey). Anyway got the set back and followed up a net suggestion ie push "standby,info,menu,mute then power up and voila I got a menu! Reset it and all is now OK.

My thought is "reset"

Look around and be sure the cable/antenna is plugged in and if so, look in the manual for any RESET feature and hope.
