Signal on TV from LNB (satellite) ?

Hi

we have Samsung tv type LE40C570. It has built in DVB-S2 tunner, but when we plug the cable from LNB to the TV the signal meter is at 0 and the number of false bits is 2000. Any idea what could be wrong? The Setup maybe ? Or the cable ? I dont know

Hey Avexim,

I'm sorry to hear you've been have the problem with your TV. The forum is actually meant for North American products and customers. Unfortunately, it seems your TV is Czech, so I wouldn't have any information on it; however, I did some research, and I found the support page for this product in your country: http://www.samsung.com/cz/support/model/LE40C570J1SXXH
