Samung LED-3D-D6600 TV Turns Off Automatically

Dear All,
2 weeks ago I bought a TV(Samung LED-3D-D6600 ) from Bandung,Indonesia from a Big Electronic Mall.
From Today Morning suddenly TV started to turn off automatically after 20-30 sec. even remote is not working...
i bought it around 1500 USD...and just 2 weeks it is giving me such problem... i've registered complaint at samsung Service station....
No setting change ...i've just tried internet on it...rest all setting is same...
Anyone have any clue about this..i mean whats wrong?

Here (in Western Europe) you call the shop and they send a tech to repair it or replace the TV by a new one. Or maybe they tell you to contact Samsung yourself so they can send their tech.

The procedure might be different in Indonesia. But the 1 year warranty should be the same.

you should complain to the higher authority and tell me to give good service then only they will take some quick action .

called tech. he noted down all the details...being weekend...pale chances he'll turn up tomorrow...but said will try.,..
hope not a major issue with TV...
he said being new model he never heard such problem before...
