Samsung LCD TV power problem

I have a problem with my Samsung LCD TV (Model: LE27S71B).
(1)When I switch the TV on the red LED starts blinking, then the screen turns on for a second and then turns off again, the red LED keeps blinking for 2 more seconds and turns off then.
(2)When I press the power button again, the red LED switches on and stays on (standby).
(3)When I press the power button again the same as "step 1" happens.
I read a lot about the "samsung capacitor problem" and hoped that I just have to change some capacitors, but when I open the TV, the capacitors look totally fine (no visual symptoms).
Does the problem sounds like it is a capacitor problem? Should I just change all 6 capacitors, even they look fine?
I read that usually if you have the "samsung capacitor problem" the TV clicks and tries to turn on itself again. On my TV I have to press the power button maunaly.
Any help is really appreciated, Thanks a lot.
PS: the tv has no more warranty
