samsung smart hub TV problem/???

hello all

help!!!!
I have a samsung 46'' hd led D7000 tv
the smart hub won't turn on at alI !!
I have reset default setting but to no avail
How can I reset/fix this problem, is this a software problem
Hope this makes sense

Smart hub problem

I'm not sure, since I know the D7000 Series in the U.S. has Apps. If the reset didn't work, did you check the firmware on your set to see if there is an update in your region? It may be just waiting for your TV to include some components.

If your firmware is up to date, I would definitely recommend contacting the Samsung customer service center in your region. I can't see any reason why the Apps wouldn't start, except possibly due to a malfunction.
