You copy and paste that same reply making it insincere. I gave you a specific set of symptoms and you can't even attempt to provide a list of possibilities or general diagnosis. What kind of tech are you?

If anyone else reads this, or has experienced and repaired a TV with these specific symptoms, real information would be appreciated.

This is not a TV repair forum. It's one of the best forums to talk to real Samsung folk but as you can imagine they can't tell you to change Q109 on board 2. That would incur liability if someone used that information and killed someone as they moved the TV to do that work.

Ouch. Think about the forum and consider a TV repair forum if you are a TV repair person.

I type every one of my responses out. I say that quite a number of times every week, and have done so for the last 3 years. This doesn't tell me anything about your TV.

"Image burn-in" isn't even something that can be fixed without replacing the panel. More than anything it sounds like you need personalized help that I can't deliver here, which is why I suggested a technician.

I may not solve the problems personally, but that doesn't mean I don't try to help.

I let people judge my sincerity for themselves, and don't mind the occasional criticism. Sorry you found this unhelpful. Hopefully the avenues I pointed you to will be more helpful.

Then allow me to apologize for my assumption. The reason I concluded it was after searching I read hundreds of exactly the same responses. So perhaps you should just ctrl c + ctrl v, freeing much time up, if your only going to recommend calling Samsung.

Image burn in was the wrong word by me, I should have said image ghosting, because after unit turns off, image is clear again. From my understanding burn in does not disappear.

I'm just looking for some ideas, so when I do take it in I won't be lied to by some dishonest business. As this is the worst TV I have ever purchased, going back to Samsung to have it repaired makes me leery.

I can't see the issue but can share that I've cleared it up too many times by, well too many settings to tell you which one but any motion smoothing can cause a ghosting issue. I continue to turn all that off and then see if it helps.
