Shop mode

Hi

thanks for this, the tv is in home mode / standard mode.

I went through Plug & Play as suggested and it all worked great and channels were seen.

When I turned the tv off and back on again all was lost.

Still looking for other solutions

Does this have any Samsung "account"?

There was this model that if you didn't login to samsung on some models it would not save such things. I haven't pulled the manual on this model but with shop mode out of the way, this is the next common thing I encounter.

Tuning

Hi Bob

Sorry for delay, was away.

Could not see any login to Samsung.

Have managed to get all the channels saved that are not BBC orientated. It shows weak or no signal.

When I re-tune the TV the BBC channels come back, only when I switch the TV off again BBC channels are lost.

Maybe I'll see when the re-tuning happens again nationally on 18th April.
