i have a samsung smart tv model UE40D6100SKXXU
on my explore 3d app it will come on for 1min then start loading again i have fast broadband 50mb whats the problem

Any issue should get a call to your local Samsung (see samsung.com or in the US 1800SAMSUNG)

Unless folks report a failing app, it usually is not removed or fixed.
