hello, WHEN I conect any ports of hdmi from de x box or another equipment like bluray, i went to source and clic of any hdmi ports , 1, 2, 3, 4, my dislay appears black and not reconized ,i alredy make factory reset and still does , please what can I do.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your TV.

If nothing is registering as connected, your next step would be to contact the Samsung customer service center directly for further troubleshooting or to set up a repair ticket for your set.

HDMI cable is fault

had same problem before. Samsung state that you have to use certified HDMI cable. in other words, just try another cable...

I alredy try another cable ,but still does , a friend of my told me that maybe I have to change the motherboard, I gonna call Samsung customer service thank ou ....
