ics upgrade issues sgs2

upgraded my sgs2 to ics last nite, the ui's become stuttery/unresponsive...battery seems ok doesnt really improve tho..anyway how can i roll-back to gingerbread ?...i think every oem has to give an option to roll-back 'coz no matter how advanced mobile os is, adverse effects from os upgrade still happens... any one else experiencing this or other issues ?

In most cases, your service carrier's repair center can bring it back to default settings. I don't have any codes here to share, however. They would be carrier specific.
