Samsung LED TV wavy screen

I bought a UA40D5030 samsung LED TV a month back. Whenever I play any HD movies (720p or 1080 p/i) from my USB drive (Pen Drive & HDD), I see that the screen becomes wavy.It is as if the waves are moving from bottom of the screen upwards. The problem is more evident during dark scenes.

I contacted the Samsung service and they tested by replacing both the IP board and the AV board with new ones but the problem still persists.They have no clue how to resolve the problem. Kindly help what else can the problem be ?

Also, since I am on warranty, can I ask for a replacement of the set if they cannot resolve the issue ?

I think this problem can be easily solved with the help of Samsung help center .You have to try this at least one time.

Thats what I did first. I got in touch with Samsung help center and called the service engineer home. But after inspection the engineer remains clueless and said that he couldnt help me anymore. They are unable to identify the issue.

Issue not seen with Led Motion Plus

When I turn on the LED Motion Plus feature in the Picture settings, I do not see the wavy effects. Can the problem be with the LED lighting ?
