Changing Netflix Account on Samsung D5700 Blu-ray

We just purchased an open-box Samsung D5700 Blu-ray. The Netflix account is signed on to the previous owner's account. How do we log out of their account and log into our account? We've tried resetting the Blu-ray back to factory settings. I know normally you would disconnect the device while logged into your Netflix account online, but since it is not our account we aren't able to do that.<span>

Figured it out thanks to Netflix support!

There's a handy code you can use on the remote to log out of netflix on the device
With the control pad, press this sequence: up-up-down-down-left-right-left-right-up-up-up-up

Sounds silly, but it works! And the Netflix support person was extremely helpful!

that up-up-down-down thing actually worked the fist time i tried it didn't, i thought
you just made that up to make me look dumb but thank you!:)

log out of netflix on blu ray

Legit tried to log of one netflix account to another on my blu ray for like an hour. Stupid ******* netflix is all like "disconnect all devices" you think that would work buttttt nooooo, ***** gotta be difficult.

Seriously if you go to netflix homepage on your blu ray player and use your remote and push "up-up-down-down-left-right-left-right-up-up-up-up" like consecutively it actually ******* works!

like at first i was like wtf cause it just skips around on the screen moving to different movies and **** but then a window came up and let me log out. yay !

but im deff to tired to even start the movie now so hopefully you figure this out faster then i did happy
