Samsung White Dot Issue

Chalk another one up to the samsung white dot issue. I have set up a claim on samsung.com, escalated on Facebook, and even called them. At this point they say they will replace the part but I am on the hook for the labor. So a part they know is bad and needs replaced, but they won't pay to have it replaced. I even asked to just have the part sent to me and I will replace it, but they said that wasn't an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
