My DLP is shutting down about 15-20 seconds after startup. It has progressively gotten worse. I have made several calls to the ECR dept. and have received no help. I have read so many posts of this same issue and Samsung doing absolutely nothing about it even though it is a known defect. My next step will be to contact the BBB. I have always loved Samsung and have recommended their products many times, I would hate for this to be the last time I purchase. Could you please escalate my issue?
