Many apps are written by non-Samsung companies so be sure you are sending your complaints to the right company.

It's like complaining to Microsoft or Apple about the Netflix app.

Nope. Or at least, I've not had any notification that the app has been fixed.

For whatever reason, I can also see that my reply with the model number (asked for above) is also missing. In case anybody's wondering, the model is UE37D5520).

After fiddling around in additional settings on the TV, we have managed to decrease the volume of the set generally which has helped with the i player issue. in menu, under sound, additional setting, DTV audio level, we dropped it down to minus 10.

We have the same volume problem here. Model number is LE46C750R2K.

Also, when playing a programme through the iPlayer app, it will play for the vast majority of the time, then, all of a sudden, the title page for that programme will pop up. The programme keeps playing in the background but there's no way to return to the programme. This is irritating to the point that it's not worth using Samsung Apps iPlayer and has happened without fail during the last 10+ programmes I've tried to watch. Additionally, this means that you have to start again, fast forwarding through the whole programme to get to where it was, and it happens again after another few minutes. So, could there be a super-fast-forward (x32? x64?) or at least a 10-minute skip function a la Virgin Media?
