Samsung Bluray player unresponsive after firmware update

My BDP1500 bluray player only turns on and off and shows Load on the display after I attempted to update the firmware via ethernet the other day. Any fixes? Thanks

recommend trying to reset the unit by turning the unit on and making sure that
the disc tray is empty. Then, press and hold the STOP button (or FF>> button) until the unit
resets. Then, go through the initial
setup and power down the unit. Then, try and restart the unit and you should
have proper operation.

If that doesn't help, you may want to reach out to the Samsung customer service center at 800-SAMSUNG.
