Again! Turn On Turn Off and it's the T-CON Board AGAIN

Bought my Samsung LN52A750R1FXZA late 2008. TV started the on/off problem in Aug 2010 but it would stay on. Eventually it went into the endless on/off loop and I had to unplug it.
I called Samsung and they said they would send out a repair shop for the capacitors and cover it. Repair shop comes out and says the capacitors are fine, but disconnects the T-CON board and the panel lights up and stays on. I paid almost $400 out of pocket since Samsung would only cover the capacitors. So he replaced the T-CON board and everything was fine until last week.
The same thing started again. This time I pulled the back off and disconnected the T-CON board and the panel stayed on! I called SAMSUNG and of course they are no help. I called the repair shop and they said "Sorry, only 3 month warranty on the part."
So now I'm stuck having to replace the part again. I'm installing it myself this time.
I took a picture of the capacitors while I had it open. Can anything else cause the board to go out?
Samsung Parts want $200 for the part delivered. Anyone know where I can get the board cheaper?
Last time I buy Samsung!
