The wait does appear to be finally over!!!!! JR through Amazon.com does appear to be real and purchase went easy, with a 3 to 5 day delivery date. So happy computing finally!

I also just placed my order on Amazon!! Not through J&R though. Beach Audio had the laptop up for a slightly higher price, but sans the tax. So I actually saved a hundred and some dollars! ^.^ Hopefully they won't email me telling me they don't have the item in stock and I have to be patient....

Very happy to snag one one of these! Thanks to all and especially the Best Buy link that was posted several days ago.

i'm happy i was able to help by providing with the bestbuy link i'm still on the lookout for the 14 inch version and am still readily checking every day but with no luck... if anyone comes across the 14 inch version on stock please let me know! i've been waiting for this for a long time now..

I wanted the 14" as well because I'm a college student and was looking for something very portable. I went up to best buy and checked out the 15.6" model and decided to go with it instead. The 15.6" model is far from bulky and seems smaller than most 15" models. I went ahead and ordered from Amazon through J&R because for only $50.00 more you get the Quad Core I7 processor. That and I'm tired of checking Samsung, Facebook, and Cnet crap everyday to see if the 14" was finally released.

You're so lucky!!! Please, if you find the chance, get back to us and let us know your first and overall experience with this beautiful machine.

I have the predecessor of these models and its 6GB is not making me look to bumping it to 8GB.

Also, you may not have learned that RAM is not plug and play. Crucial.com exists because generic ram does not always work.

I still can not find one. Some websites will say they have them. I will call and they don't. Has anyone actually received one of these yet?

I bought one a few agos off Amazon through J&R.com and it arrived this Monday

The features I really like are the aluminum case, under 5 seconds from zero power to using Windows, and the battery features.

Tigerdirect has some display units in their stores but none to actually purchase. Most sites say these are in stock but went I call I find out that they actually don't have any. I am going to buy an apple if I can't find one in the next 24 hours. I am sick of waiting.

they are available, check JR.com. seems like the shipping date keeps extending out though. I ordered one earlier today, it should arrive next week

JR does not have these laptops. I spoke to them this morning and they do not have any of them. They have the same story as everyone else.....on order from Samsung and uncertain when they will actually receive some.

i got my laptop on friday and i was having the same issue playing videos off of netflix. you have to optimize your graphics settings. they're set for better battery life rather than performance. once you change it you should be running smoothly

btw... I LOVE THIS LAPTOP! its everything i was hoping it would be! just one issue i have with the sharp edge around where your wrists rest. the corner digs into your wrist and leaves marks. kinda uncomfortable. but other than that its awesome.

I've had the blue screen of death 3 times already only when it's off the charger. Just like you I've changed the power settings and everything from there is running smoothly.

I am glad that a few of you have been able to buy these laptops. I have been searching for one every single day. I have not found one to buy yet.

I can not wait any longer. I just ordered a Mac. Goodbye samsung. I am done.
