Second hdmi device disturbs my anynet with ps3

Hi everyone. I have an UE37D6000 fhd 3d led tv. I bought it one month ago. It's wonderfull.

At first days i connected my ps3 to my tv with anynet than I watched bd. I used my tv's remote for all. Connection was functionally.

But when I plug second hdmi device (hd digital receiver) anynet connection is lost. I cannot find my ps3 in anynet list. When i unplug receiver anynet connection is back.

I tried everything you van imagine. I searched firmware update for tv but there isn't any.

Do you have any idea.

Muratjunior,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem with your television. It could be that the digital receiver is causing interference, however to what extent that could be, I really am unsure.

What I might recommend would be this:

First, try to unplug and reset the digital receiver. In most cases, unplugging the device will effectively reset it.

If that doesn't work, you may want to see if there's an update available by contacting either your service provider or the box's manufacturer. If there is, perhaps installing that firmware update or software update might help if this is a known issue with the receiver's manufacturer.

It may also be an issue with the HDMI cable, if all connections are using HDMI. It's a long shot on this one, but it might be worth trying if you have easy access to a replacement cable.

You CAN'T USE TWO OR MORE HDMI cables at the same time.

I have a Samsung FX2490HD here in Brasil and Anynet only works with my PS3 if only ONE HDMI cable is connected.

Turn off all devices. TV, PS3.

Connect the PS3 HDMI cable(only) to your TV. Turn on your TV. You will see HDMI-CEC PlayStation 3 on the menu.
