Samsung UN558000 LED TV- Internet Not available message

Hi,
I'm expieriencing a "not available" message in a yellow triangle when I try to access the internet on the TV. I never had this problem before. Anyone know what could be the problem?

You may want to call Samsung so they can ask for all the needed details.
