BUYER BEWARE: Samsung Canada Customer Service SUCKS

I recently purchased the PN50C8000 Plasma, a Samsung 3D Blue Ray player, 2 pair of the Samsung 3D glasses and the Samsung Touchscreen remote.

I was happy with my purchase until I learned that the TV was unable to connect to the internet unless you purchased an extra WiFi dongle. Looking at samsung.ca website under the specs for this TV it says that WiFi Adaptor Support included, which I thought meant it had Wifi included. When I contacted Samsung Canada they responded with a two sentence email, that basically told me tuff luck.

It is surprising that Samsung Canada is so unwilling to put any effort into my concerns. I have another Samsung LCD which was why I decided to buy Samsung again when it was time to upgrade. However, unless they are willing to resolve my concerns I will be leaving the brand and making sure that all of my friends and family members are aware of how poorly Samsung treats their customers.
