Samsung CLP-510 stuck on grayscale printing

Customer has a CLP-510 installed on XP Home via USB. It's shared to a couple of Windows 7 Home Premium systems. The XP user can print in color, but we only get grayscale printing from the Win7 systems. At a Win7 wkstn, the CLP-510 driver is automatically installed as 'Samsung CLP-510 Series'. Printing Preferences, Graphic, shows Color Mode as Grayscale. Selecting Color mode, Apply or OK, doesn't set it to Color. Checking Printing Prefereneces, Graphic, shows Color Mode is back to Grayscale again. How do we get it to stay in Color mode?

FTCnet,

You my first try updating the drivers. If you'd like to have the Samsung.com website update the drivers for your specific operating system, you might try using the Dr. Printer feature at this website:

www.samsungdp.com

You will want to visit that site using Internet Explorer, and it should be able to detect your printer and find the most recent drivers for your system.
