Samsung PS50C450 Motion Judder?

Great picture on this TV,but has one flaw which is motion judder on blu-ray playback.
My friend round the corner has the same TV with the same problem.I've been on the phone to complain to Samsung and they're sending a tech guy round on Tuesday Feb 22nd,to change the mainboard.
What i can't figure out is if he replaces the mainboard with another mainboard with the same specs how can it make any difference unless he has an ugraded version.
Do any other owners of this TV have the same problem and if so did they get a fix for it.

UPDATE!
Ok service engineer came round today and agreed it was a bad motion judder,and replaced the main board with another one the same and as i suspected it did'nt make any difference.Here's his report.
