Samsung Allnet DLNA won't claims all files are invalid!

So I just tried out a PN50C550 and UN46C6300, which both feature Samsung's Allnet DLNA.
My DLNA server software (Nullriver MediaShare) works great and I'm able to play virtually any of my h264 MP4/M4V movies on a PS3 or WDTV. The files are all well within the Samsung Allnet limits of 1080p and 10mbit/sec.
But the TVs won't play any of those files. Each and every one I try to play gives me a "Not Supported File Format" error. (Samsung really needs better translators)
Anyone else been able to get this feature to work? I don't understand why the Samsung TVs are being so fussy.
