Samsung HTC-6600 and Netflix Streaming Issue

When I first hooked up the Samsung HTC-6600, Netfix streamed without any issues. The next day I received an upgrade from Samsung and since then Netflix will not stream correctly. Multiple buffering issues then it just stops streaming. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, did you find a fix?

After the update, sometimes it's possible that you need to reconnect to the wireless access point (router). Have you checked that?

As well, try to de-activate your player on the Netflix website, and then add it again to see if that helps.

I have reconnected to the WAP (ran the network setup again on the HTC-6600) and it shows the same signal strength as the original setup. I also reseated the wireless stick on the back.

I will attempt to deactivate/reactivate the player through Netflix tonight.

If that doesn't work, is there a factory default reset on the HTC-6600? I may try starting over from scratch.

aejsmommy,

With the unit powered ON and the disc tray empty, press and hold the STOP button for 15 seconds or until you're prompted to choose a language.
