Cant connect samsung tv to my cisco linksys router

Ive got a Samsung630 LCD TV and just bought the wireless LAN adaptor. I connected it to the USB port on the tv, and it see's my home network but it wont connect. Ive entered the security key, nothing. I tried manually inputing the IP address, etc., nothing. My router is a Cisco Linksys WRT54G2, is there some setting I need to change on my router to allow the TV to connect, and if so, how do I change that setting???

In a nutshell it's router defaults, broadcasting a simple SSID, and WPA/WPA2 for security.

WEP passwords are interesting in that if you get it wrong, it doesn't tell you.
