HT-BD3252 - PC HDMI causing flickering on Cable TV HDMI

I recently purchases a new net top computer and I connected the HDMI from that Net Top PC to the Samsung HT-BD3252 and the connection was great.
However, the problem that I have is that I have in HDMI 2 the connection to the Cable TV box and I have HDMI 1 as the PC cable connection.
When the PC is turned off and I turn to HDMI2 to watch Cable TV on my SAMSUNG LCD, the cable picture stays on for 10 secs then it briefly goes to a black screen then shows the CABLE TV resolution and then shows a picture then a minute later shows the black screen or a grainy gray screen then back to the Cable TV Picture. When a computer is shut down but it remains connected to the Samsung HT-BD3252, it appears to cause interference with the picture on the screen. So just to clarify, the power to the PC is out yet the HDMI connection from the PC to the eceiver is causing problems when its switched over to HDMI 1.
52" Samsung LCD connected to the Samsung HT-BD322 via HDMI out.
A Net Top mini PC is connected to the HT-BD3252 via HDMI and the PC was shutdown.
The Cable TV Box is connected to the HT-BD3252 receiver via HDMI.
The issue occurs when the PC is powered off and I am watching programing from the Cable TV HDMI feed through the HT-BD3252 receiver. It will show a black screen with resolution information and then come back in 3 secs then work fine for 2-5 minutes then go black again. I did test to see what happens when i disconnect the PC HDMI from the receiver...what happens is that the CABLE TV works flawlessly, no black screens. So how can an HDMI cable that is connected to a powered off PC cause interference on the receiver when the Cable TV HDMI feed is active.
I want to route both my Cable and PC Hdmi cables to cut down on the cord clutter. Has anyone else seen this issue?
