BD-HT3252T. Changed ISPs and now no WIFI connection

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me. I purchased the HT3252T in the Spring and recently changed from cable to dsl service. After setting up my internet connection, the unit is no longer able to locate any access point. I did not change routers or anything else. I even reset the unit to factory settings and updated the firmware to the latest. My iPhone has no trouble connecting so I can only assume that the router is not malfunctioning. Samsung support was less than helpful; only recommending disabling the firewall (which I did with no success) and then the reset.

Any help is much appreciated.
